Andrea Bremer

Speech and Language Pathologist, Feeding Therapist

Andrea, a native of North Dakota, received her undergraduate degree from Minot State University and her graduate degree from The University of North Dakota. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the State of Texas to practice speech-language therapy. Andrea is also Crisis Prevention Intervention Certified (CPI). Andrea has experience with pediatrics and adults in the outpatient setting with patients ranging from infants to geriatrics. She has experience and specialized interest providing the following types of speech therapy: Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), pragmatic language therapy (social language) primarily using Michelle Garcia Winner’s ‘Social Thinking’ concepts, feeding/swallowing with oral/throat cancer and NG/G-Tube patients, articulation/phonology, early intervention, activities of daily living (ADL), and

experience implementing techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She spends her free time between her many passions: traveling, cooking/trying new restaurants, running, singing and visiting her family in the Midwest.
