Amy has been our Practice Manager since 2009. She started her career in medical billing and healthcare management in 1999. This is where she found her passion for problem solving and utilizing her expertise to help others navigate the system. She resides in Pflugerville with her son who graduated from Hendrickson High School, and her dog Hachi. As a parent of a child who received Occupational and Speech Therapy services in an outpatient and school setting, she has been able to share her experiences and offer some guidance to help other parents along the way. Amy genuinely enjoys working in pediatrics, and being part of the amazing team at OT Connection. Outside of work Amy enjoys traveling, shopping our area farmers’ markets, and hanging out with family and friends.
