Welcome to OT Connection where we have had the privilege of serving families in our community and surrounding areas with Pediatric Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapy services since 2005. Our Multidisciplinary Team provides a collaborative approach to treatment that enhances your child’s development in a warm, family friendly environment. At OT Connection, children with developmental, medical, and physical challenges, receive innovative, research based, therapeutic interventions that are individualized to each child’s specific needs.
We believe in creating a fun and relaxing environment to ensure children feel comfortable while working to reach their goals. Our facility is made up of several private treatment rooms, a kitchen to work on feeding, and 2 sensory gyms that are equipped with a trampoline, zip-line, foam crash pits, balance beams, a rock-climbing wall and an assortment of swings. We also have a large covered outside space that we utilize for bike riding, skating, and summertime water activities.
Your child’s therapist will work with you as a team to create home programs and offer suggestions that will help children carry over their newly learned skills at home, school, and other community environments.
The mission of OT Connection therapists and supporting staff is to provide the highest quality of care, and improve each child’s quality of life, while walking families through the process every step of the way.

Q.Will insurance cover my child’s therapy?
Many insurance plans cover occupational, physical and speech therapy services but there may be certain conditions or limitations to coverage. Prior to your child’s first appointment we will contact your insurance company for benefit and coverage details, and provide you with a copy of the estimate of benefits the insurance company has quoted.
Understanding your insurance benefits- A disclaimer is given by all insurance companies, “This quote is not a guarantee of benefits or payment.” prior to providing us with your benefit information. Most insurance plans have exclusions to coverage. Some of the common exclusions are related to age, non-covered developmental delays, sensory integration or non-covered due to educational in nature. Many insurance plans state they provide coverage for therapy that is considered medically necessary. (This is a misleading statement. This means they will cover therapy if it is deemed medically necessary per the guidelines of your insurance plan.) Most plans have visit limits so please make sure to track your visits to prevent exceeding the max benefit of your plan. Please become familiar with your plans coverage and exclusions. If you have questions regarding your specific insurance plan please feel free to contact our Practice and Billing Manager, Amy Hart.
